Participants must clearly understand that if an accident occurs due to non-compliance with the rules and instructions provided below, Hondon Events will not be held liable for any damages caused, whether to private property, third parties, or the participants themselves.
Hondon Events reserves the right to seek compensation from participants for any misuse of the vehicles or damage incurred. Participants are responsible for the vehicle and its accessories, assuming liability for any damages that may occur during the tours.
Participation in this activity is voluntary. Hondon Events possesses the necessary insurance for civil liability and traffic, which is contingent upon adherence to the instructions in this manual.
Participants must strictly follow the guide’s instructions at all times. Non-compliance may result in immediate termination of the activity without a refund.
Before the excursion begins, the guide will provide a detailed explanation of the quad’s controls. The excursion will only start once all participants have understood these instructions.
Respect for the natural environment and designated trails is essential. Participants must follow the indicated paths, avoiding unnecessary damage. On gravel paths, where driving is more challenging, the guide will advise on moderating speed and exercising caution.
This is a touring excursion, not a competition. Tours begin on easy routes, allowing participants to acclimate to the quad. The guide will adjust the route based on participants’ skill levels, incorporating stops to enjoy the scenery or rest.
Participants must not litter during breaks. All waste, including wrappers and empty cans and bottles, must be taken back.
Smoking is prohibited during the tour with expection of visiting a restaurant.
Participants must prepay for the excursion and carry a B1 driving license throughout the activity.
Participants are responsible for the equipment provided and will be held accountable for intentional damage.
The guide will determine a fixed travel order based on participants’ familiarity with the quads, which helps the group move cohesively and accommodates those who are adapting. Overtaking and reckless driving, such as skidding, are strictly prohibited. Guides may suspend the excursion without a refund if these rules are violated.
Maintaining a safe distance as indicated by the guide is crucial to prevent accidents and collisions.
This adventure sport carries inherent risks, as each participant operates an individual vehicle. Participants must drive cautiously.
Driving under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or psychotropic substances is strictly forbidden. Participants on medication that may impair driving must inform the organizers beforehand.
Overtaking, parallel overtaking, leaving excessive distance to accelerate sharply, not maintaining safe distances, skidding, and other forms of reckless driving are strictly prohibited. During driving the quad bike keep the minimum distance of 3 meters between you and the quad in front of you.
Dirt roads are also public roads, requiring participants to keep their hands on the controls and feet on the footrests at all times. Participants should avoid becoming distracted by the scenery to prevent serious accidents. The company reserves the right to suspend the excursion if these rules are not followed.
During a stop the quad bike must always be placed in the natural (N) position, this to avoid accidentally push the gas handle.
